We use the information you provide solely to deliver the academic support service you've requested: understanding your requirements, providing a quote, assigning a specialist, and communicating with you about your project. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

We do not sell your personal information or academic work to third parties. Information is shared only internally with the specialist working on your request. Communication platforms we use (WhatsApp, Telegram, email) are operated by their respective providers under their own privacy terms, which apply to how messages are transmitted between us.

Drafts, research data, and personal details you share during a project are treated as confidential and are never shared with your university, tutors, or classmates. This confidentiality is a core part of how we operate.

We retain project files and communication records for as long as reasonably needed to deliver your service and handle any follow-up questions or revisions, after which we aim to remove data we no longer need. If you'd like your data deleted sooner, message us and we'll action that request.
