Revision Policy

Revisions are available based on the original instructions you provided when your project began. If delivered work doesn't fully reflect the brief, deadline, or referencing style you originally shared, we'll revise it at no extra cost.

Requests that expand the original scope — a longer word count, a different subject, new instructions from your tutor received after delivery — are treated as new work and quoted separately, rather than as a free revision. We'll always tell you clearly if a request falls into this category before doing any additional work.

Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram with your original order details and exactly what needs adjusting. Being specific — quoting the section or instruction that wasn't followed — gets you a faster turnaround than a general "this isn't right."

We recommend requesting revisions as soon as possible after delivery, ideally before your submission deadline. The sooner we hear from you, the more room there is to make changes properly rather than under last-minute time pressure.
